Not so long ago, somebody came up with the very clever but also simple idea of linking dinner/supper parties.

The basic premise is one lovely kind person invites another five lovely kind people round for a meal, and stands the cost of that meal themselves.

Each guest pays the host(ess) a fiver for the evening, and that money goes to ERF.

Each of those five people has then to host a meal for another five people, on the same premise, and the funds raised should begin to hopefully add up.

The meal can be as complicated or as simple as the host decides, there is no pressure to be Masterchef!

It’s such a wonderful idea, because it’s sociable, it can be done through friends, and can be a great way of widening social circles. Please give it a try, let us know how you get on, and we thank you in advance for your help.
