Grace needs a new home urgently – can anyone help?
Posted by on Dec 28, 2014 in Association News | 0 commentsOur gorgeous Grace is looking for some new people.
Her current fosters can’t put electric fencing round the field that she’s in, and like all smart horses, Grace figured out that she can get through the netting by stepping over it.
Because of that, we are desperately looking for someone with electric fencing (which she respects) not too close to a road.
She has been long-lined and knows the basics, and could easily be started to work for logging, or riding (she has a spectacular trot!) She’s now 6 years old so grown up enough to crack on with.
She has sweet-itch, but it’s fairly easy to manage with Versatrine and repellant.
If anyone can foster her, ERF will obviously shoulder the costs of farrier, vaccinations and worming for the duration.
We’d really love her to find her permanent home, so would waive any adoption fee, but she would still go out under a contract.
All homes will be checked in advance.
Grace is currently near Mirambeau, between Angouleme and Bordeaux.
Please share this to help us find her somewhere.
