Owner devastated over stolen ponies-please help
Posted by on Jan 9, 2010 in General News | 2 commentsWe have been contacted by the owner of 2 miniature horses who were stolen of the night of 29/12/09. Bailey and Tinkerbell were bought 4 weeks ago as a way of getting back into horses after a riding accident left their owner paralysed from the chest down and in a wheelchair. They were the ideal size for him to groom and take for walks and he was planning on showing them this year.
Their owner, as you can imagine, is completely distraught about losing, what he calls, two very much loved family members. Please keep your eyes peeled for them in France as well as the UK and any info at all is greatly appreciated.
There is also a Facebook page which has been set up with more photos on here.
If you have any info contact:

I have just read that these two ponies have been recovered. Can you confirm this?
Hi,
Yes we had this confirmation from the owner late last night, which is brilliant news!
Thank you all so, so much for all your help and support in trying to find my two stolen miniature horses-Bailey and Tinkerbell who were stolen from Shepperton.
They were found on Friday on a piece of common land in Edenbridge, Kent a bit damp, confused and scared but otherwise well and unhurt! They were spotted by a member of Kent Horsewatch who lives opposite the common.
Bailey is still her laid back self but Tinkerbell is still a bit traumatised by it all, but she is slowly coming round to being to back home.
I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has helped me get my horses back!
Thanks once again!
