Le Salon du Cheval de Paris

This weekend saw the doors opening for the annual Salon du Cheval(Paris horse show) at the Porte de Versailles. This event runs until the 14th December and is host to exhibiting a vast array of equine breeds, showjumping, dressage,driving,vaulting and many more equestrian displays. As well as action inside the 4 arenas, there is a whole shopping village to experience as well as a children’s equestrian village.
Last years show sparked huge controversy when Foundation Brigitte Bardot were banned from exhibiting on their usual stand because of their well known views & campaign against hippophagy (eating horse meat).
