Also facing trial are his wife,2 daughters and an un-named youth. They each face 12 charges of cruelty under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 for allegedly failing to met the welfare needs of some 132 equines.
RSPCA officers were first called to Spindles Farm, Amersham in January this year where,during a massive rescue mission, they removed 111 emaciated equines….31 equines were already dead.
